Bobbie Johnson is a 30-year-old British journalist and writer.

Since 2002 he has worked on staff for the Guardian, where he is now technology correspondent. He is originally from a small town in Suffolk, and subsequently lived in London and Brighton. He now lives in San Francisco, California.

1978: Born in Cambridge, UK
1985: Not much to report so far
1990: Christmas present: To The Extreme, by Vanilla Ice
1992-6: Epic hair growth considered a nod to slacker culture
1997-1999: Becomes highly active internet troll
2000: Begins life as a wage slave.
2001: Realises writing about the internet is quite interesting
2005: Chelsea FC win Premier League for first time in 50 years
2008: Buys very comfortable shoes. Moves to San Francisco
